Early voting has already begun in Virginia, and any registered voter in Virginia can cast an early ballot for the General Election. The last day to apply for a to vote by mail is October 22nd, which you can do online here or download and complete the application form here. Printed forms should be returned to 9250 Lee Ave Suite 1, Manassas, VA 20110 by 5 pm on the 22nd. Your ballot will be mailed to you several days after applying.
